SpineRef ("the App") is operated by Platform.AI Inc. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Account data Name, email address (via Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In), last active timestamp

Spine & lookup data X-ray images you upload, AI implant classification results and confidence scores, lookup titles, descriptions, notes, comments, and lookup sharing relationships

Device data Device identifiers linked to your account for session management

1. How We Use Your Data

• To provide the core service: storing and analyzing spine images, displaying AI predictions
• To manage your account and authenticate you securely
• To enable lookup sharing with other users you explicitly choose

We do not sell your data to third parties.

1. Third-Party Services

Google Sign-In (Google LLC) Handles authentication. Google's Privacy Policy applies to sign-in data.

Apple Sign-In (Apple Inc.) Handles authentication on iOS devices.

Supabase Our database and file storage provider. X-ray images are stored on HIPAA-aligned infrastructure.

Platform.AI Classification API Our proprietary backend hosted on Google Cloud Run. Processes images for implant identification.
